Tobias Schrödel

Since 2011, IT and mobile expert on stern TV; nearly 14 years as Security Consultant at T-Systems; previously responsible for logistics solutions at UPS. Today he gives lectures worldwide on IT security and makes complex topics understandable.

The certified trainer has been conducting exams for the Chamber of Commerce (IHK) for over two decades and is the author of several books – including "Hacking für Manager", "Ich glaube, es hackt", "Der digitale Tod", "It's a nerd's world" and "WTF?! So tickt das Netz".

Degree in Business Informatics (FH) with nearly 25 years of experience in IT security – from system houses to manufacturers. Specialist in security concepts, vulnerability analysis, and effective security solutions.

What is an IntraCast?

An IntraCast is a podcast specifically tailored to the needs of your company's employees – only your staff have access. Content, examples and terminology come from your world.

Who is IntraCast for?

For any company that wants to keep IT security top of mind – regardless of industry or size. IntraCast can stand alone or complement other training formats.

What does an IntraCast cost?

The production is a high-quality audio product with two specialists, editorial work, editing and delivery. Our goal: approximately three episodes within the cost of a "cinema ticket with drink and popcorn" per employee – costs decrease as employee numbers grow.

Which topics are covered?

We define the topics together – from password policies to phishing emails to behaviour in an emergency. We bring decades of IT security experience and support you with prioritisation.

How is access restricted?

Most customers make the podcast exclusively available via their intranet. Alternatively, we protect downloads with a password and additional access controls – compatible with common podcast apps, no extra software needed.

Which devices are supported?

IntraCast is based on standardised technology and runs on virtually any podcast app and browser – whether PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone. Episodes can be downloaded and listened to offline.

How much effort is involved for us?

We clarify topics and content in a compact workshop. For standard topics, we only align your guidelines so we speak "with one voice" alongside you.

After the initial alignment and topic sign-off, we typically deliver the first episode within one week.
